29th Army Band plays RIR as part of summer concert series - June 27, 2009

RICHMOND, Va.-Soldiers of the Virginia Army National Guard's 29th Army Band played the National Anthem to note the beginning of the Suntrust Indy Challenge at the Richmond International Raceway June 27 as part of their summer concert tour.
