Adjutant General of Virginia presents final shell casing to Governor - Jan. 16, 2010

Maj. Gen. Robert B. Newman, Jr., the Adjutant General of Virginia, presents Gov. Bob McDonnell with the final shell casing from 19-gun salute fired by the Richmond-based Battery A, 1st Battalion, 111th Field Artillery Regiment, 116th Brigade Combat Team as part of the 71st Gubernatorial Inauguration held in Richmond Jan. 16. Newman then escorted McDonnell and his family to the Governor’s residence.
