Turner takes command of 192d Fighter Wing - Nov. 14, 2010

Surrounded by family, friends and the 192d Fighter Wing family, Col. Mark “Scruff” McCauley passed the guidon Nov. 14 to Col. Bryan “Shadow” Turner, former 192d Operations Group commander, signifying the change of command of the 192d Fighter Wing.
