SPS holds press conference in Richmond -- December 16, 2010

Soldiers of the Virginia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command and the Virginia Counterdrug Program set up displays to draw attention to the Virginia Army and Air Guard during a press conference held by Secretary of Public Safety Marla Graff Decker in the Patrick Henry Building in Richmond Dec. 16. The press conference was held to highlight the commonwealth's public safety initiatiives including curent plans for the police departments across the state.
