Officer candidates conduct field training - April 9, 2011

Officer candidates in Virginia National Guard Officer Candidate School Class 53 conduct Army Warrior Task and battle drill training April 9 at Fort Pickett. The candidates began the OCS program in October 2009 and are preparing for a five-day field training exercise scheduled to take place in June to be followed by a two-week annual training period in August. The class currently has 17 members and is on track for graduation in October 2011.
