Portsmouth-based Virginia Guard Soldiers return home from Iraq deployment- Dec. 19, 2011

Approximately 90 Soldiers from the Virginia National Guard's Headquarters Troop, 2nd Squadron, 183rd Cavalry returned to friends and family members in Portsmouth Dec. 19, 2011 after serving in Iraq since August 2011. The Soldiers are part of a group of about 825 Soldiers from across the commonwealth who mobilized June 1 for duty in Iraq as Task Force 183.
