National War College dedicates classroom to Col. Paul M. Kelly - April 25, 2013

The National War College on April 25 dedicated one of its classrooms to former alumnus and Virginia National Guardsman Col. Paul M. Kelly, who was killed in action in Iraq on Jan. 20, 2007.
