Va. Guard RTI trains Penn. Guard on rappelling - May 22, 2013

Rappel masters from the Virginia National Guard's Fort Pickett-based 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute train Pennsylvania National Guard Soldiers from the 109th Field Artillery on basic rappelling skills May 22, 2013, at Fort Pickett. Approximately 150 of the Pennsylvania Guard Soldiers rappelled from the tower.
