1-116th launches Ravens during annual training -- June 15, 2013

Virginia Guard Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 116th Infantry Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team launch a Raven Unmanned Aerial Vehicle June 15, 2013, at Fort Pickett, Va. during the unit’s two-week annual training. The Raven is a small battery-powered, hand-launched UAV that provides a live video feed used to assess and reconnoiter battlefields.
