Va. Guard Soldiers compete for Soldier, NCO of the Year titles - March 29, 2014

Eighteen Soldiers and noncommissioned officers from around the Virginia National Guard compete in the 2013 Virginia Army National Guard Soldier and NCO of the Year competition March 29-30, 2014, at Fort Pickett, Va. The two-day competition tested the troops in the Army Physical Fitness Test, marksmanship, land navigation, various Army Warrior Tasks and an appearance board.
