Rappel masters train Civil Air Patrol cadets on rappelling - July 16, 2014

Virginia Army National Guard rappel masters conduct rappelling operations with Civil Air Patrol cadets July 16, 2014, at Fort Pickett, Va. The rappel masters, primarily from the Fort Pickett-based 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute, taught the cadets the basics of rappelling before sending them down the tower.
