1710th Trans Co. assists with artifact movement - Aug. 26, 2014

Virginia National Guard Soldiers from the Emporia-based 1710th Transportation Company, 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group and the Virginia Beach-based Headquarters Detachment, 329th Regional Support Group assist the Ordnance Training and Heritage Center in moving and consolidating a variety of ordnance artifacts spread across Fort Lee, Va., Aug. 26, 2014. Nine Virginia Soldiers assisted with the movement of pallets containing munitions, gun sights, projectiles and even an antique bicycle. The artifact movement will allow Fort Lee staff to more easily access and inventory the items.
