Va. Guard recognizes State Police commo technician - Dec. 10, 2014

Brig. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, presents the Virginia National Guard Commendation Medal to Larry Hall of the Virginia State Police, Dec. 10, 2014, in Sandston, Va. Hall was instrumental in improving the Virginia Guard’s ability to communicate using Technisonic and STARS radios in its aircraft during National Guard Civil Support operations.
