Va. Guard aviators support sling load training at Fort Lee - May 13, 2015

Soldiers from the Virginia National Guard’s Sandston-based 2nd Battalion, 224th Aviation Regiment, 91st Troop Command provide aviation support with a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter for sling load operations training for officers in Ordnance Basic Officer Leadership Courses 15-09 and 15-10 May 13, 2015, at Fort Lee, Va. The Virginia National Guard is the primary source of aviation support for sling load training for BOLC at Fort Lee, and the mission provided an opportunity for aviation crews to maintain certifications on sling load operations.
