Mark Hirschinger, Defense Logistics Agency Aviation's Army Customer Facing Division chief, June 23, 2015, at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. The 392nd Fort Lee Army Band provided ceremonial music for the event and the Fort Lee Color Guard posted the colors.
