Johnson, the Virginia Army National Guard Command Sergeant Major observe Soldiers conducting National Guard Civil Support training Oct. 6, 2015 in Fredericksburg, Va. The training provided squads and platoons the opportunity to familiarize themselves with situations, equipment and scenarios that they might encounter during civil support missions.
