Charlie Battery conducts direct fire exercise at Fort Pickett

Virginia National Guard Soldiers conduct a direct fire exercise with their M777 towed 155 mm howitzers May 5, 2018, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. The Soldiers are assigned to Charlie Battery, 1st Battalion, 111th Field Artillery Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and the training was part of the unit's section-level field artillery gunnery progression.
