OCS Building named for Capt. Harry Q. Rose - Sept. 22, 2018

Soldiers and family members of Capt. Harry Q. Rose gather at the Virginia National Guard's Officer Candidate School for a dedication ceremony commemorating Rose and naming the building in his honor Sept. 22, 2018, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Rose was a graduate of OCS Class VI and was killed in Vietnam when his helicopter went down.
