DiNonno promoted to colonel

Lt. Col. Joseph DiNonno, commander of the Staunton-based 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, is promoted to colonel July 14, 2018, at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond, Virginia. DiNonno took command of the 116th IBCT from Col. Scott Smith June 10, 2018. Read more at go.usa.gov/xU9PC.
