276th conducts NCO Induction Ceremony at Fort Pickett - June 8, 2018

Virginia National Guard noncommissioned officers assigned to the Petersburg-based 276th Engineer Battalion assemble at Fort Pickett's post theater June 8, 2018 for an NCO Induction Ceremony. The ceremony included reading historic passages highlighting the responsibilities of NCOs. Each first sergeant read the names of their respective NCOs as they walked across the stage to receive a copy of the NCO Handbook and a certificate of induction. (
