Wynn takes command of Officer Candidate School

Maj. Kim D. Wynn takes command of the Fort Pickett-based Virginia National Guard Officer Candidate School from Maj. Eric L. Quinn during a change of command ceremony Oct. 21, 2018, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Lt. Col. Robert Fitch, commander of 3rd Battalion, 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute, presided over the exchange of organizational colors that represented the change of command from Quinn to Wynn. Fitch presented Quinn with a Meritorious Service Medal in recognition of his outstanding duty performance as the OCS commander.
