Shaver takes command of 3-183rd RTI

Lt. Col. James Shaver takes command of Fort Pickett-based 3rd Battalion, 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute from Lt. Col. Robert Fitch June 23, 2019, in a traditional change of command ceremony at Fort Pickett, Virgina. Col. Todd Hubbard, commander of the 183rd RTI, presided over the exchange of unit colors which represented the transfer of authority from Fitch to Shaver.
