Virginia HART trains on water rescue - Sept. 25, 2019

Virginia National Guard flight crews and Chesterfield County Fire and Emergency Medical Services Scuba Rescue Team technicians train on rescue hoist operations Sept. 25, 2019, ini Chesterfield County, Virginia. Together, they form the Virginia Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team, or HART, that is capable of providing rotary wing aviation rescue hoist support and aerial rescue evacuation.
