R&R selects 2019 top recruiters - Oct. 11, 2019

Soldiers assigned to the Virginia Army National Guard’s Recruiting and Retention Battalion board for the honor of being named top rookie, recruiter, section chief and support personnel of the year Oct. 11, 2019, at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. The noncommissioned officers in each category were chosen from among their peers to represent their area, and the top section chief, Master Sgt. Donnie Brizendine, and top recruiter, Sgt. 1st Class Jonathan Fretwell will represent Virginia at the regional boards later this year.
