RRB hosts 2019 Professor of Military Science Conference at RTI

The Virginia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion hosts the 2019 Professor of Military Science Conference Oct. 19, 2019, at the 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute at Fort Pickett, Virginia, with representation from educational institutions from across the commonwealth. Brig. Gen. K. Weedon Gallagher, the VNG Assistant Adjutant General for Army Strategic Initiatives, provided opening and closing remarks for the conference. Lt. Col. Alyssa Astphan, commander of the RRB, discussed current opportunities offered in the Virginia National Guard and strategies for increasing regional networks.
