Guyer takes command of VNG OCS

Capt. Matthew Guyer takes command the Virginia National Guard’s Officer Candidate School from Maj. Kim Wynn Nov. 17, 2019, in a change of command ceremony held at the 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Lt. Col. James Shaver, command of 3rd Battalion, 183rd RTI presided over the exchange of unit colors which represented the transfer of authority from Wynn to Guyer.
