Transportation Soldiers navigate Asymmetric Threat Lane - July 15, 2021

Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned the Virginia Beach-based 1173rd Transportation Company, 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group conduct training on the Asymmetric Threat Lane July. 15, 2021, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. The lane is designed to train Soldiers to recognize indicators for improvised explosive devices, how to react to an IED, direct and indirect fire, conduct key leader engagements and tactical questioning, and the proper techniques for requesting explosive ordnance disposal support and medical evacuation.
