VDF supports VNG operations centers - Sept. 1, 2021

Members of the Virginia Defense Force provide operations center augmentation during Virginia National Guard flooding response Sept. 1, 2021, at the VNG Joint Operations Center at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, and at the Virginia Emergency Operations Center in Richmond, Virginia. VNG Soldiers are assisting state and local emergency services organizations in Buchanan County, and additional personnel staged in Winchester and Fredericksburg for possible support requests.
