Virginia DMA conducts supervisor training at SMR - Sept. 15, 2021

More than 20 Virginia National Guard employees attend the Virginia Department of Military Affairs Supervisor Course Sept. 15, 2021, at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The week-long course provides guidance to personnel who supervise state employees, covering topics such as human resource policies and requirements, pay, safety, and benefits administration, as well as leadership and communication techniques.
