New DMA employees attend orientation course Dec. 7, 2021

Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, and retired Brig. Gen. Walt Mercer, the Virginia Department of Military Affairs Chief Operations Officer, welcome new DMA workers during a New Employee Orientation course Dec. 7, 2021, at the Virginia National Guard Sergeant Bob Slaughter Headquarters at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. Twenty-nine new state employees and one federal supervisor attended the course, making it one of the largest classes of new DMA hires to attend the NEO, which provides the workers administrative and procedural training.
