229th MPs conduct diagnostic ACFT during annual training - July 16, 2022

Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Manassas-based 229th Military Police Company, 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group conduct a diagnostic Army Combat Fitness Test July 16, 2022, at Fort A. P. Hill, Virginia. The diagnostic ACTF, Including the plank, which recently replaced the leg tuck, was part of the 229th’s annual training.
