Virginia rappel masters train ODU ROTC cadets on rappelling - April 13, 2023

Virginia National Guard rappel masters provide a basic rappelling orientation to Old Dominion University ROTC cadets April 13, 2023, at the S.B. Ballard Stadium in Norfolk, Virginia. The event provided the cadets an opportunity to conquer their fears and boost their confidence, while learning more about the Virginia Army National Guard. The rappel masters are assigned to the Fort Barfoot-based 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute.
