Hubbard promoted to brigadier general - May 19, 2023

Col. Todd H. Hubbard, Virginia National Guard Director of the Joint Staff, is promoted to brigadier general May 19, 2023, at the Virginia National Guard Sergeant Bob Slaughter Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, presided over the promotion ceremony and administered Hubbard the oath of office for his new rank.
