EIB, ESB testing continues with day, night land navigation - June 11, 2023

U.S. Army Soldiers tackle land navigation during the first day of Expert Infantryman and Expert Soldier Badge testing June 11, 2023, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. Prior to conducting day and night land navigation, the candidates attempted the timed Expert Physical Fitness Assessment. Approximately 120 Soldiers from the Virginia and Kentucky Army National Guard; the Fort Meyer-based 3rd Infantry Regiment, known as the Old Guard; the Fort Liberty, North Carolina-based 112th Signal Battalion; and Finland are attempting to earn their EIB or ESB badges.
