Strouse promotes to colonel - Aug. 6, 2023

Lt. Col. Timothy Strouse, former 192nd Maintenance Group deputy commander, was promoted to colonel Aug. 6, 2023, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. Strouse’s father, commander of the 8th Airlift Squadron in 1995, performed the promotion ceremony prior to Col. Strouse's assumption of command of the 192nd Maintenance Group.
