VDF supports VNG firefighting mission - Nov. 8-10, 2023

Members of the Virginia Defense Force provide administrative and logistics distribution support to the Virginia National Guard Nov. 8-10, 2023, in Richmond and Fort Barfoot, Virginia. VNG aviation crews are providing aerial fire suppression support and Soldiers and Airmen are training to provide ground support to the Virginia Department of Forestry, and VDF personnel conducted administrative in-processing and transported supplies and provided additional logistical support for the mission.
