Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to Joint Force Headquarters - Virginia gather for a holiday meal Dec. 3, 2023, at the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond. During the event, Maj. Gen. James W. Ring, the Adjutant General of Virginia, gave remarks thanking Soldiers for their dedication and hard work.
