529th Soldiers conduct live-fire machine gun range - Jan. 13, 2024

Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Virginia Beach-based 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group conduct a live-fire range for the M240 machine gun and M249 light machine gun Jan. 13, 2024, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. The range is part of the 529th’s pre-mobilization annual training to help the prepare for the upcoming federal active duty mobilization to Poland. Instructors from the VNG Marksmanship Training Unit helped prepare Soldiers for the qualification ranges.
