R&R NCO celebrated after 24 years of service - Feb. 6, 2024

Sgt. 1st Class Jo-Ann S. Lindquist-Rucker, the senior supply sergeant for the Virginia Army National Guard’s Recruiting and Retention Battalion, is honored with a retirement ceremony after 24 years of military service Feb. 6, 2024, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. During the ceremony, peers, friends and family members talked about the impact Lindquist-Rucker had on their lives and careers during her many years of service.
