2-224th AVN conducts FTX during AT at Fort Walker - June 11, 2024

Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Sandston-based 2nd Battalion, 224th Aviation Regiment conduct a two-day field training exercise June 11-12, 2024, at Fort Walker, Virginia. During the FTX, Soldiers honed their marksmanship proficiency and individual Soldier skills, while maybe of the battalion’s junior Soldiers and staff experienced a morale flight around Fort Walker. The training is s part of the battalion’s two-week annual training.
