DJS visits troops staged in Lynchburg - Aug. 9, 2024

Brig. Gen. Todd H. Hubbard, Virginia National Guard Director of the Joint Staff, visits with VNG Soldiers and members of the Virginia Defense Force on standby for possible severe weather response operations related to Tropical Storm Debby Aug. 9, 2024, in Lynchburg, Virginia.
