Marksmanship Training Unit helps improve 91st Cyber Brigade’s rifle skills - Sept. 7, 2024

Instructors with the Virginia Army National Guard’s Fort Barfoot-based Marksmanship Training Unit, 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute provide preliminary marksmanship instruction and evaluation to fellow VaARNG Soldiers assigned to the Fort Belvoir-based 91st Cyber Brigade Sept. 7, 2024, at Fort Walker, Virginia. The purpose of the training was to help Soldiers develop their marksmanship skills and learn to safely and effectively use their weapons. The Marksmanship Training Unit administers training and competitive events throughout the year for VNG units across the state to enhance individual and unit-level marksmanship proficiency.
