Libby Hill Park (29th and Main Sts.) Richmond, Va.

Card Text (transcribed from postcard): Though limited in area this beautiful park, by reason of the command and position it occupies on one of the seven hills from which Richmond (like ancient Rome) is built-is a great favorite with all visitors. From its summit may be obtained a magnificent panoramic view of the city and surrounding country, while at its foot, sweeping South and West in a wide and graceful 'bend,' flows the historic James river. The imposing 'Soldiers' and Sailors' monument standing in this park was unveiled May 30th, 1894.
