END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc.

licenses the accompanying software to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this EndUser License Agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc. for this Software product. Please read the terms carefully before continuing installation, as continuing installation will indicate your assent to them. If you do not agree to these terms, press the "CANCEL" button to exit the installation process. LICENSE AND WARRANTY The software which accompanies this license ("Software") is the property of pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc. or is licensed to pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc. by the Software rights holder (Supplier) and is protected by copyright law. The software product is provided "as is" and at your own risk, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the software product, including warranties of merchantability or its fitness for use for any particular purpose. By installing the Software product, you agree to accept all liability regarding its use or misuse. pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc. and its Suppliers will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the user of the Software. RESTRICTIONS You will be granted certain rights to use the Software upon acceptance of this license. Your rights and obligations are as follows: Under this agreement you are permitted to: a) Use one copy of the Software on a single computer for the duration of the trial period; You may also use this software on a second computer, provided the Software will not be in use on more than one computer simultaneously. b) Make one copy of the Software to CD-ROM or floppy disk, or other means as appropriate for the purpose of personal backup. c) Upon purchase, use only one copy of the Software for as long as the product is supported. Under this agreement you are NOT permitted to: a) Make any copies of the software, except for personal backup purposes or as described above. b) Transfer, distribute, modify or translate the Software, or any portion thereof. c) Disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software or any of its data in any way, shape, or form. d) Use the Software for any commercial purpose including CD-ROM distribution. e) Distribute add-ons or levels of any kind for use with the Software without the expressed written consent of pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc. f) Distribute License registration codes or hacked full versions of this Software to any third party.

Violation of any of the preceding restrictions may result in revocation of this license without notification or compensation. Unregistered (ie. free) copies of this program are limited in use. You must purchase this product and enter the appropriate and personal registration information to gain unlimited usage rights to the Software. This program is owned by pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc. or its Suppliers and is protected by Canadian, U.S. and international copyright laws. GENERAL This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and shall inure to the benefit of pixelStorm entertainment studios Inc., its successors and assigns. Any disputes relating hereto shall be adjudicated in the provincial or federal courts in the Province of Alberta, Canada and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this License Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the License Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this End-User License Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
