Good Morning Sir/madam, First, I would like to thank you to give me chance to introduce myself. I am Sarmik Roy, I am basically from Tripura. Coming to my education I have done my SSC (10th) from N.S.V with second class . I have done my HSC (12th) from N.S.V with Second class . I have done my B.COM (H) (accounts) from Tripura university with second class . I am currently pursuing my professional degree (P.G.D.M) from MSM. Coming to my family, my father is an Business man at Pharmacy, Tripura. Coming to my hobbies are playing cricket, reading books.
Working at nights and during weekends is like having a tough time. But if my work leads the company to a good profitable level, then I would be proud to work at any time for the benefit of the company.
How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
According to me success is a self satisfaction which comes from the work we are doing. If we are really happy with our work.Than I will say it is success. Because both of these jobs are easy to say but very difficult to do. Yes I m happy with my work, but.I m trying to make it better.
Do you have any questions for me? First of all thank you very much sir for being so much polite & friendly through out the session with me, that I can express myself so easily. Yes I have an question for you, that is what are the qualities you are expecting from fresher like us & could you please tell me what should I

improve before I joining your company, obviously if I am selected, if I am not selected today, your opinion will be help me to the upcoming interview.
Tell me about the most boring job you have ever had.
I never thought about my job as boring, because I have just entered in this corporate world, if I have bored with my job I definitely not survive in this world. If we perform our given task with interest we definitely got better output insist of taking as a boring.
Have you been absent from work more than a few days in any previous position?
Sir actually I don't want to escape from my responsibilities, I like to contribute myself as possible as I can in the part of success of my company. Only I absent a few days when the situation demands and urgent.
What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you think it stinks?
The idea can go wrong for some but might be the best in world for my manager's point of view. In such situation, I will try so that my manager can have a look on the idea from an all around perspective also. There is a possibility that some better idea might come up due to this process.
Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.)
Sir, everyone holds their good and bad points and that makes them human. Talking about good sides, my boss holds qualities like hardworking, open minded and eager to learn, and he helped me to learn many things. He shared his vast experience with us. Sir, I would not be the right person to judge the negative sides of my boss as I have never been to his shoes.
Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work?
My previous performance in my last job was outstanding and attracted both employees & management to me. However, my better days and better performances are ahead. My previous performance will be nothing compared to my new level of commitment & hard work if given opportunity.
Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?
I Would like to say that if you are conducting interview for this particular position it means the organisation requires someone new from outside the organisation.That's why I'm sitting in front of you for this position.
Why are not you earning more money at this stage of your career?
I have a big dream for myself so of course Money is a priority for me but as I am a fresher, right now I just want to focus on the job I have been given & want to perform it in best way I can.
