The term "the author" refers to YoGen Software Incorporated.
The term "the software" refers to the software product of YoGen Software Incorporated.

This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an


individual or an entity) and the author. By installing and/or using the software, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement. If you do not
agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement, do not install and/or use the
software.

Grant of license
---------------
The software is provided at no charge for evaluation. During the evaluation you may
try the software as many times as you like. The software may be operational with
limited features during this evaluation mode. If you want to use the software after a
reasonable evaluation period, you must purchase a license key. The software
becomes fully functional by validating your email and your license key. Your license
for the software should be used on a single computer. If you need to run the
software on more than one computer, you must purchase additional licenses for the
computers that will run the software. A single license key may be used for all the
licenses you purchase.

By ordering and paying for the license key, you agree that the software complies
with your needs and expectations.

License restrictions
-------------------
You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software. You may not
rent or lease the software. You may not transfer or share any of your license key(s)
to others.

Warranty Disclaimer
-------------------
No warranties:
The author expressly disclaims any warranty for the software. The software is
provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. This
includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for any
purpose. The entire risk arising from use of or performance of the software remains
with you.

No liability:
In no event will the author be liable for any damages, direct or consequential, arising
from installation of, use of, or inability to use the software. Exclusion from liability
includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profit, interruption, loss of
information, or any other pecuniary loss.
