Follow these steps


to download configuration settings.
1. Log into WebCOM

• Visit: https://reports.paywareocius.com/ and log in using your registered Username and Password.

• Contact: Uk.helpdesk@verifone.com if you do not already have a WebCOM Username or Password.

2. Access the TMS section

• Select TMS followed by Terminals

3. Filter terminals

• Use the Filter function to locate a terminal... enter the PTID number and click Filter.

4. Edit terminal

• Click the Edit (crayon) icon next to relevant terminals.

5. Set configuration download

• Mark the download options as shown and click Update.

6. Download to terminal

• Restart your terminal to collect the Configuration Update.

• Note…
It is important to power-cycle your terminal after the download has been collected and applied.

Failure to power-cycle could result in your terminal retaining previous settings and processing
transactions in a non-compliant manner.
