 Edit prezi – takes you to the edit mode or write mode of the presentation.

 Edit together – this feature allows you to invite other Prezi members to edit the presentation.
 View together – allows others to view your presentation anywhere just by using a web browser.
 Save a copy – creates a replica of the presentation and is automatically saved in Your prezis.
 Download – saves the file in a non-editable flash version that you can use to present offline.
 Delete – deletes the presentation permanently from Your prezis storage.

8.7. Downloading your Prezi presentation

In order to save your Prezi presentation file in a non-editable flash version, take the following steps:

i. Click the Download button to the bottom of the Prezi screen. A dialog-box opens that gives
you the option to download as a portable Prezi select this option and click on download. A
link is created for the download file; click on this link, this should then lead to the Open or
Save screen. (See illustrations below.)

ii. Click Save and choose the location to save it to. You can save it to the location of your choice
or to the desktop, where it will be easy to find when you’re setting up your presentation.
iii. The file is loaded to that location as a Zip file. Unzip the file to gain access to the prezi file.
iv. To close the pop-up screen, click the X in the upper-right corner. When you set up your
project on location, click to open your downloaded prezi file. Please note that all files
inclusive of the data folder and the prezi.app folder along with the prezi file are required to
be saved in the same location in order for Prezi to run successfully.
