TOPIC CODE#: REFLECTION FOR THE INTERVIEW

This is the reflection of the interview of File management, all about we have been through and experience about this regarding main topic. We have gained knowledge about on
what way will be the interviewee will ask us about our self and on what reason will they need us on their company, so basically, it’s a task of professionalism.it shows us what is
really the difference on experiencing it by your own than just watching a person to do it or in terms of demonstration, it also let us experience what is really the feeling of
accomplishing one of your own interview. During the interview process of the file management, I was really nervous, when the interviewee ask for my presence then I tried to
walk formally even though I was really nervous inside but since our teacher told us that even though the interview test hasn’t began yet the grading of professionalism is
already starting once you entered the room of agreed place. When I sat down, I greet first the interviewee which is our teacher and she also greeted me back, and with that the
interview began, I told her on what I am here and introduce my name. we talked about the contents of each page on what is the summarized happening events on the CSS
TechXpo and a compilation of the logos and pictures. She also asked me on what basis and on how much rating should I give to my teammates and myself at the same time. So,
I honestly told her my opinion about the question she asked me to answer. For the rating of CSS TechXpo I told her what is really the possible rating if there’s really some people
in charged overseeing the progress of the students and booth because I know at that time what is the face of our company during the exhibit, it’s not professional and ethical
yet. So even though I was stuttering during the interview and some of her questions is somewhat related to myself and opinion or my own point of view during the exhibit. I
was glad when I successfully hit it off to the bucket because finally, I can have a sigh of relief of my own efforts. After the interview, the interviewee congratulated me and told
me on seeing me next time, I was glad really glad because I was able to compile it completely. After my interview, my other classmates also now join up the line for the
interview test. As I was watching them answering of the interviewee question, I noticed something, our teacher basically wants us to let us know what kind of interview we will
be having if we want to apply on a company. The possibilities of experiencing it at that time was only a merely sample because what is really the one company needs is an
educated, resourceful, professional and ethical employee.
