How to Upload/Download XWare

At the end of the session you

• Short these together

• If yes:
• Perhaps you switched Tx and Rx
• or a sequence is running, reconnect serial,
cycle power on X, type #K 3 times

• If no:
• Wrong Com port
• Bad cable
• Software conflict

Can see what you’re typing but no response?


Then the address number is wrong, or your serial cable
has a short.
OEM products have auto addressing command. Type
#1 to reassign first unit connected to address 1. (It will
respond #2.) Then type 1RV or 1XDIR to check comms.
Try 2RV, 3RV, etc until you get response.
